Which calendars does Cypher S connect to?

Google Calendar. Connect your Google account in Settings › Integrations, then choose which calendars to check for conflicts. Outlook Calendar is on our roadmap.

Can Cypher S book without a connected calendar?

Yes. Choose Cypher LM only and bookings stay in your Cypher LM calendar, following your hours and rules. Connecting Google adds conflict checks against your own calendar and Meet links.

How do confirmation calls work?

About 24 hours before an appointment, your agent calls the customer to confirm they are coming, and the booking shows as confirmed by the customer. Confirmation calls need a phone number connected to your agent; until then, customers are asked by email with a confirmation link.

Which time zone do callers see?

Everyone sees times in the time zone you set under Hours: you, your agents and anyone booking from your link.

What happens if I disconnect Google?

Your agents stop booking into Google Calendar, adding Meet links and sending from your Gmail. Existing bookings are kept. Read about our security.

Set the days and times people can book, and close for a holiday or set special hours for one day. Account hours apply to every agent, and any agent can have its own meeting hours.

Keep a gap around each booking, cap bookings per day and set a minimum notice. When a day is full, your agent offers the next one.

With Google Calendar connected, each video booking gets its own Google Meet link, included in the confirmation.
