Today we are introducing the new Cypher LM: one platform that handles every customer conversation a business has, from the moment the phone rings to the follow-up that goes out afterwards. It answers each call, books the appointment, takes the payment, briefs your team before they call a customer back, and writes the notes when the conversation ends.

This post explains why we built it, what is live today, how the pieces fit together, and what is coming next. It is written for business owners and operations leads who want to understand exactly what Cypher LM does before they trust it with their customers, and for existing customers who want the full picture in one place.

We have kept it honest. Where something is live, we say so and show you where it lives in the dashboard. Where something is still in beta or on the way, we say that too.

Why we built Cypher LM

Cypher LM started with a simple observation: businesses lose customers for the most ordinary reason there is. Nobody picks up the phone. The clinic is with a patient, the agency is in a meeting, the shop has closed for the evening, and the person on the other end of the line moves on to whoever answers first. Voicemail is rarely returned in time, and web forms feel like a dead end to someone who wanted to talk.

So we built an AI voice agent that answers every call instantly, day or night, and actually helps the caller. Not a phone tree, not a recorded message, but a conversation grounded in the business's own information: its services, its prices, its policies and its opening hours. That agent became Cypher V, and it is still the heart of the platform.

Once businesses started using it, a second pattern became obvious. Answering the call is only the beginning. Every conversation creates work around it: an appointment to schedule, a deposit to collect, notes to write, a promise to keep, a customer to brief someone on before the next call. That work usually lands on the same few people who were too busy to pick up the phone in the first place.

The new Cypher LM is our answer to that second problem. Instead of asking only "how do we answer every call?", we asked "how do we take the work out of everything around the call?" Each product we added does one part of that job, and they all share the same customer record, so nothing has to be copied from one tool to another.

One platform for the whole conversation

Cypher LM is now a family of products that work together. You can use one of them or all of them, and each is named for the job it does.

  • Cypher V, the voice agent: answers customer calls on your website and on a connected phone number, 24 hours a day, in English, Urdu or both, using what you have taught it about your business.
  • Cypher S, scheduling: lets your agent check your real availability and book appointments during the call, and gives you a booking link for people who prefer to book themselves.
  • Cypher P, payments: lets your agent send a secure payment request while the caller is still on the line, and gives you payment requests and reusable payment links for everything else.
  • Cypher M, the copilot: briefs your human team before they call a customer back and suggests what to say during the call, based on everything that customer has already told your agent.
  • Cypher N, the note taker: turns every call and Google Meet meeting into detailed notes, action items and a follow-up that is ready to send.
  • Cypher C, contacts: keeps one record per customer with every call, booking, payment, note and follow-up in a single timeline.

The important word is "together". When Cypher V books an appointment, it appears in Bookings and in the customer's timeline. When Cypher N writes a recap, the action items show up in your follow-ups. When your team calls that customer back, Cypher M has already read all of it. You get one connected record of each customer relationship rather than six disconnected tools.

Before the call: being ready for every customer

Most of the work around a conversation happens before it starts. A customer needs a way to reach you, the right person needs to be available, and whoever picks up needs to know what that customer wants. Cypher LM handles each of these.

Your Cypher V agent is built in a guided, no-code builder. You give it your website address and Cypher LM reads your site to pre-fill what it can. You then describe your business, your services, your customers, how the agent should greet callers, what it must always and never do, and what it should say when it does not know an answer. You choose English, Urdu or both, and a voice. The agent's instructions are generated from your answers, and you can add knowledge files such as price lists, policies and FAQs, or import documents straight from Google Drive.

Cypher S makes the agent useful for booking. You define appointment types, such as a 30-minute consultation or an in-person check-up, set your weekly hours, add holidays and special days, and set rules like the gap kept around each booking, the most bookings per day and the minimum notice. If you connect Google Calendar, busy times in the calendars you choose are never offered, and video appointments get their own Google Meet link.

For your human team, Cypher M prepares a brief before they call a customer back. It reads every conversation that customer has had with your agent and summarises what they want, what is still open, what objections they raised and what was promised. Instead of scrolling through call logs, your team starts the call already knowing the story.

During the call: answers, bookings and payments in one conversation

When a customer calls, Cypher V answers immediately. There is no hold music and no menu of options to press. The caller simply says what they need and the agent responds, drawing on your knowledge base. If the caller switches between English and Urdu, a bilingual agent switches with them.

If the caller wants an appointment, the agent checks the free times that match your hours, your booking rules and your calendar, offers a couple of options, confirms the details, spells back the email address and books it. The booking is confirmed by email, added to your calendar and shown on the caller's screen as a card while the call is still going. Callers can also ask the agent to move, cancel or correct an existing booking, and the agent never books two people into the same slot.

If the business takes payments on calls, the agent can send a secure payment request for a deposit or a fee. The link appears on the caller's screen and is emailed to them. They pay by card through your own Stripe account, or by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa with a reference code. The agent never hears or handles card numbers.

When the call is with a person on your team rather than the agent, Cypher M can listen through the browser microphone, through a shared Google Meet tab, or by joining a Google Meet as a guest. It shows up to three suggestion cards at a time, drawn from your playbooks and business knowledge: an answer to a question, a next step, a way to handle an objection. Your team member decides whether to use each one. Nothing is ever said for them.

After the call: notes, follow-ups and records that write themselves

The moment a call ends, Cypher N writes a recap: a summary, the key points, the details the caller shared, action items with an owner and due date, and a drafted follow-up message. You can have the recap emailed to you after every call, and you can send the follow-up to the caller from your own Gmail address with one click.

For meetings, Cypher N can join a Google Meet as a note taker, or capture a meeting from your device. Its notes are written from the whole transcript, not a sample of it, so a long meeting gets long, detailed notes: every topic in order, the decisions made, the open questions, the commitments, and the numbers and dates people mentioned. Each meeting is saved as its own Google Doc in your Drive.

Every action item lands in one follow-ups list, and a daily digest email tells you each morning what is due. If a customer promised to send something, you can send them a polite reminder from the same screen. Meanwhile, each customer's record in Cypher C fills in by itself: calls, bookings, payments, notes and follow-ups, all on one timeline.

Finally, if you connect Google, Cypher LM keeps a "Cypher LM — Call log" spreadsheet in your Drive with tabs for calls, bookings and payments, and a "Cypher N — Call notes" document with every recap, newest first. Your records live in tools you already own, not only in ours.

How this works in Cypher LM

Getting from sign-up to a working setup follows a clear path. Most businesses complete the first version in an afternoon, then refine it as real calls come in.

  1. Build your agent. Open the builder, add your website, answer the questions about your business, choose a language and voice, and create the agent.
  2. Teach it your business. Add knowledge files in the agent's Knowledge section, or import Google Docs, PDFs and Sheets from Drive. Imported Google files stay in sync when they change.
  3. Turn on its skills. In the agent's settings, switch on Book appointments (Cypher S) and Take payments on calls (Cypher P) if you need them.
  4. Set up bookings and payments. Create appointment types and hours in Bookings, and connect Stripe or add your bank and wallet details in Payments › Settings.
  5. Connect Google. In Settings › Integrations, connect Calendar, Meet, Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Drive with one Google account, granting only the permissions you want.
  6. Deploy. In Deploy › Website widget, add your website address, choose the widget's position and colour, and paste the two-line embed code before the closing body tag of your site.
  7. Talk to it. Make test calls, check the recaps in Calls, and adjust the agent's knowledge until its answers are exactly right.

Every product reports into the same dashboard. Calls shows every conversation with its recording, transcript and recap. Bookings shows what was booked and by whom. Payments shows what was collected and what is still waiting. Analytics shows when customers call, how they sound and what they ask about most.

What is live today and what comes next

Everything described above is live today, with a few details worth knowing. Customers reach your agent through the website widget. Phone numbers are connected by our team rather than bought self-serve in the dashboard: we can connect a local Pakistani number through a licensed operator, or a US or UK number. Once a number is connected, customers can ring your agent like any other line, and your agent can also place task calls and confirmation calls.

Task calls deserve a mention of their own. You can tell an agent who to call and why, for example to confirm a delivery address or to ask a customer when they can send a missing document, list the answers to collect, and schedule it. The agent reports back with the outcome, the answers and the next steps. Campaigns run the same task across a list. Until a phone number is connected, task calls reach customers with a personal call link they open in their browser.

Our developer platform is built and in beta. It includes a REST API, signed webhooks and an MCP server that lets AI assistants such as Claude work with your calls, bookings and follow-ups. We are opening it to accounts gradually; if you want early access, write to team@cypherlm.com. You can read more in our post on the Cypher LM MCP server.

Beyond that, more app connections are on the way. Google Workspace and Stripe are connected live today; other apps you may see in the dashboard are marked as coming soon, and we will switch them on as they are ready rather than before.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need all of the products?

No. Cypher V is the foundation, and the Basic plan includes it on its own. Premium includes every product, and individual products can be added to a plan. Start with what solves your most pressing problem and add the rest when you are ready. The details are on our pricing page.

Which languages do the agents speak?

Agents speak English, Urdu, or both. A bilingual agent understands and answers in either language within the same call, which suits customers who move naturally between the two.

Can I try it before committing?

Yes. Every new account can request a 7-day free trial with every product included. Trial requests are reviewed by our team, and you can apply at the free trial page.

Where is my data kept, and who can see it?

Your calls, recordings, transcripts and records stay in your account until you delete them. Google access is limited to the permissions you grant and can be disconnected at any time, and Stripe keys are stored encrypted. Our security page has the details.

Does Cypher LM replace my team?

No. Cypher V takes the calls that would otherwise be missed and handles routine requests, while Cypher M and Cypher N make your people better prepared and free them from note-taking and follow-up admin. The aim is to give your team their time back for the conversations that need a person.

Getting started

The new Cypher LM is built around one idea: every customer conversation should be answered, acted on and remembered, without adding work for the people running the business. Cypher V answers, Cypher S books, Cypher P gets you paid, Cypher M prepares and guides your team, Cypher N writes everything down, and Cypher C keeps it all in one place.

If you want to see it with your own business in mind, the quickest route is a conversation. Book a demo and we will walk you through a setup that matches how you work, or request a free trial and build your first agent yourself.

We are proud of what the team has built, and we are only getting started. Thank you for being part of it.
