Everything that shipped this autumn
We focus on the features customers ask about most, and show each one working in a real account rather than on slides.
- Cypher V, S, M, N and P live together, with skills you switch on per agent: bookings, payments and the note taker.
- My Calendar: Day, Week, Month, Year and Schedule views, a next-meeting banner with one-tap Join, and a brief for each client.
- Google Workspace: bookings on Google Calendar with Meet links, a call log in Google Sheets, meeting notes as Google Docs and Drive files imported into an agent’s knowledge.
- Detailed meeting notes written from the whole transcript, with attendees, topic-by-topic notes, action items and next steps.
- Call tasks and campaigns: ask an agent to reach a customer about something specific and report back.
- Cypher Dots, in beta: text your own agent by SMS.
Smarter calls
Reconnect within about 25 seconds after a widget call drops and pick up the same conversation.
One booking per caller
Corrections update the existing booking instead of creating a second one.
Briefs from every call
Cypher M now reads all of a person’s past calls, across phone, web and bookings.
Payments on the call
Stripe, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa, plus payment links.
