Cypher M Brings a Live Meeting Copilot That Joins Google Meet and Knows Every Past Conversation

LAHORE, Pakistan – The hardest part of a customer meeting is often what happened before it. A caller explained their problem to the voice agent last week, emailed a question on Monday and is now on a video call with a team member who has seen none of it. Cypher M, the live meeting copilot in the Cypher LM platform, closes that gap. It prepares a brief before the meeting, listens during it, and suggests what to say next, based on every conversation the business has had with that customer.

Before the meeting, Cypher M builds a brief from all of the customer's earlier calls with the Cypher V agent: what they wanted, open items, objections, promises made and a suggested opening. It recognises the same person across calls even when they used a different email or called from the website instead of a phone, so the brief covers the whole history rather than one call. When the business connects Gmail with read access, the brief also draws on recent email with that customer. The brief is written in plain language and fits on one screen, so a team member can read it in the minute before a meeting starts.

During the meeting, Cypher M listens and offers short suggestions: an answer to the question just asked, the next step to propose, a way to handle an objection, or a fact from the business's own knowledge. Each suggestion can be used or dismissed with one click. Teams can also add playbooks, simple rules for situations such as pricing questions or cancellations, so the copilot steers conversations the way the business wants. Suggestions that the team uses are collected in a library, so a business can see which answers work best and turn them into standard guidance for new hires.

Cypher M can listen in two ways. A team member can share the Google Meet tab from the dashboard, so both sides of the conversation are captured. Or they can invite Cypher M to join the Google Meet as a guest: the copilot asks to join, is admitted like any participant, follows the meeting's live captions with speaker names, and leaves when the meeting ends. A Chrome extension shows Cypher M's suggestions in a panel inside Google Meet itself, so the team member never has to switch windows. When the meeting ends or the team member stops the session, the copilot leaves the call on its own.

Meetings booked through Cypher S can be set up ahead of time. From My Calendar, a team member chooses to onboard Cypher M for a meeting; the brief is prepared and emailed in advance, and the copilot joins automatically shortly before the meeting starts. The team member sees the brief in the dashboard and in the meeting's calendar popup, so the preparation happens where they already look, and the copilot is in the meeting by the time the customer arrives.

When the meeting ends, Cypher M writes detailed notes from the whole transcript, covering the overview, attendees, decisions, action items with owners and due dates, and next steps. Action items become follow-ups in the dashboard, and each meeting is saved as its own Google Doc when Google is connected. Sessions support English, Urdu and mixed conversations. Copilot sessions that are left open by mistake are closed automatically after a period of inactivity, so a forgotten browser tab never keeps a session running.
