Quick answer

To start taking payments:

  1. Go to Cypher P and select Settings.
  2. Connect Stripe or fill in Bank transfer, JazzCash & Easypaisa.
  3. Under Agents that take payments, switch on Take payments on calls.

Cypher P is how your customers pay you. Your agent can ask for a payment during a call and send a secure link, or you can share a payment link or request yourself. Every payment, whichever way it came in, lands in one list under Cypher P.

Payments on this page is money your business collects from its customers. Your own Cypher LM subscription is separate: you find it in Settings › Billing history.

The Payments page

  • Overview: what you collected in the last 7, 30 or 90 days, the number of payments, the average payment, and how much is Waiting to be paid.
  • Cypher P: every payment with its date, customer, source (a call, a payment link or sent by you), amount, method and status.
  • Payment links: reusable links you can share anywhere. See How to create payment links.
  • Settings: a drawer, opened with the gear button, for currency, Stripe, bank and wallet details, and which agents take payments.

Use New payment request at the top of the page to ask one customer for a specific amount.

Track what you are owed

On the Overview tab, Waiting to be paid shows the total of open requests and how many there are. Select See all payments to open the full list, then filter by Pending to chase them. The Collected per day chart shows how payments are trending over the period you choose.

Set up payments

  1. Go to Cypher P and select Settings.
  2. Under Currency, choose PKR or USD as the default for new requests and links.
  3. To accept cards, connect your account under Card payments (Stripe). See How to connect Stripe.
  4. To accept transfers, fill in what you use under Bank transfer, JazzCash & Easypaisa: Bank name, Account title, Account number, IBAN, JazzCash number, Easypaisa number. The badge changes to Shown to customers.
  5. Under Agents that take payments, switch on Take payments on calls for each agent that should ask for payment.

How an agent takes a payment on a call

When an agent with payments switched on agrees a payment with a caller, for example a booking fee or deposit, it creates the payment request and sends the caller a link while they are still on the line. The payment then appears in Cypher P with the source Call and the agent's name. You can also switch this on from the agent's Skills tab under Take payments.
