Report abuse or misuse of a Cypher LM agent
Quick answer
To report misuse:
- Email support@cypherlm.com with the subject "Report abuse".
- Include the phone number or website, the date and time, and what happened.
- If anyone is in danger, contact your local authorities first.
Cypher LM agents are built by businesses to answer their own customers. Our rules forbid using them to deceive, harass, threaten or defraud people. If you received a call from an AI agent, or used a website voice agent, that you believe was built on Cypher LM and misused, we want to know. You do not need a Cypher LM account to report.
What counts as misuse
- Calls pretending to be a bank, a government office or someone you know in order to get money or personal information.
- Repeated unwanted calls after you asked to stop.
- Threatening, harassing or hateful conversations.
- An agent collecting card numbers, passwords or other sensitive details under false pretences.
- A website agent impersonating a business it does not belong to.
How to report
- Email support@cypherlm.com with the subject line "Report abuse".
- Include the phone number that called you, or the address of the website where you used the agent.
- Add the date, time and your time zone, and roughly how long the call lasted.
- Describe what the agent said or asked for, in as much detail as you remember.
- Attach screenshots or a recording if you have them, and say if you lost money.

What happens next
Our team reviews every report. Where the details match an agent on our platform, we investigate the account behind it. Depending on what we find, we can pause the agent, suspend its phone line or website widget, or close the account. We may also preserve records if law enforcement asks for them through the proper channels.
We will confirm that we received your report. For privacy reasons we cannot always share what action we took against another customer's account.
How to tell if an agent runs on Cypher LM
A Cypher LM agent introduces itself with the name the business gave it, and website agents appear as a small voice widget on the business's own site. You may not be able to tell which platform an AI caller uses. Report it anyway with the number and time; we can check whether it matches an agent on our platform. If it does not, we will tell you so you can report it elsewhere.
